I was there Friday 7/5 the employees inside the store were great and helpful. Upon checking out I went to the covered loading zone to wait on my wife to pull under the covered lane where the line was very long I it was because I was raining very hard. There was a car parked in the front of the line just sitting there no one loaded items or nothing just sitting there. I asked the man in the truck behind the car and he said this car been sitting here for like 30 minutes. So I asked the police or security guard if he would ask her to move so myself and the other customers that were waiting could pull in and load our items. She says she is waiting on someone that is handicap I said I understand that but if who you are waiting on is not out here you can’t just sit there until they are finished shopping this is a loading zone not awaiting zone. She gets made and the security guard says I can’t make her move because he doesn’t know the store policy on this issue that I have to go inside and get a manager. How can you secure the store but don’t know the policies help me understand that. He’s just standing there holding up the pole while we can’t load our items because she won’t move. I go inside and get the manager and he come and do absolutely nothing but stand there. This is ridiculous that this is how this issue is handled. I am doing this review to make you aware of what went on at the Montgomery eastern bypass location.

I had the BEST experience in the optical department with Audrey and Denise. They were patient, knowledgeable, down to earth, and seemed to genuinely enjoy helping customers. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Absolutely excellent.
Great place to be a member, great prices and we love the scan and go. The gas prices are great here, too. Saw a grill cover I will be returning to get. Picked up a 65-inch TV today to go in the bedroom. I will be back.
