This place is amazing. Months ago, they diagnosed one of my laptops that appeared to have the blue screen of death but really was a battery issue. Very fair pricing and hurried the repair because we were leaving on a trip. After such wonderful service, I returned when I dropped my other laptop, and it would not close properly without feeling like the hinges were breaking. It required a new coverā¦ which had to be orderedā¦and the repair was completed within a few days. My laptop looks like new! Again, the pricing was very fair. Highly recommended!
I rarely leave reviews, but this place deserves one. As a college student who really messed up a laptop, they fixed it overnight for me for significantly less money than any other option in Tuscaloosa. They did a quick but well executed repair and kept me updated on the status. As someone who really needs her computer, the value well exceeded the price. Would highly recommend!
The first time I went to have my screen replaced the guy tried to keep my S pen like I wouldnāt notice. That shouldāve been a large enough red flag. They used inferior parts which caused my phoneās screen to become useless. I donāt live in the Northport area so when I finally had a chance to go back and asked them to look at it they claimed it was a graphics card issue on the motherboard and that there was nothing they could do. I took it to Tuscaloosa Wireless and they replaced the screen. Now itās as good as new. I understand that mistakes happen, sometimes you get a bad part, but when you point blank lie to me youāve lost all credibility. I hope everyone in the area sees this and the other reviews Iāll be making and that they go to Tuscaloosa Wireless instead, or really just anyone other than Sam Tech
Iām submitting this 5 star review for Sam Tech Repairs on my recently replaced MacBook Pro screen. My Mac was unusable on Tuesday afternoon and here it is on Thursday like new. They also took into consideration that we were leaving town tomorrow and needed the Macbook with us. They ordered the necessary supplies quickly and had it repaired ready for pick up Thursday evening. Thank you for speedily and quality work. Will be back with any future needs.
