I’m embarrassed to admit I have left my purse in my basket twice now and both times it was after I hit the ATM. Both times employees have found it and the store has saved it in the safe and returned it to me nothing missing. I love this store and not just because they have everything I need but because the employees are friendly, helpful and honest.
Everyone who works at this Safeway is super accommodating and very friendly. Helpful too! Store has great selection. Just make sure you’re a Safeway Club member and use the app. Well worth the savings.
Overpriced items not much lower than the rip off Whole Foods store. Old looking interior like a step above Walmart. Cashier not so friendly but I guess is the common trait of people in this area…cold, unfriendly, aloof. People in this town seem sour like their overpriced homes that need lots of repairs and TLC. I assume they are broke but fake the lack of wealth…hilarious. lol
This store doesn’t care about their customers! I let them know their motor scooters weren’t working MONTHS ago!!!! ALL FOUR OF THEM. The only way things changed is because I reached out to Safeway on TWITTER myself. No wonder I’ve seen people with canes pushing carts for years here! Those scooters were there for appearances only! Y’all could have a lawsuit on your hands. Your welcome!
I have to say tho, the people that work the deli/hot food counter are awesome so friendly and helpful.
I don’t normally leave reviews for grocery stores, but had to since the employee manning the self-checkout went out of her way to stop me in the parking lot because she thought I left $40 hanging from the cash dispenser. God saw two honest people here including myself. We compared receipts and realized someone before me left their cash hanging. Also, the employee who made my sandwich was very friendly and the sandwich was really good. Store is clean as well.
