This is the second time that we are working with Sohala Pacetti, for RWM Home Loans. The first time, she helped us purchase our house. This time, we are refinancing. Both experience have been excellent. The first time around, when we purchased the home, she secured an additional 0.125% lower interest rate. The same story happened during refinance. Sohala has exceeded my expectations as my loan officer in every step of the process. Her exceptional level of professionalism has shone forth in all stages of obtaining my information, interacting with me and different brokers, as well as in sealing the deal and getting me an outstanding rate. Randy was beyond easy to work with. He truly CARED about not only my wants and needs in obtaining a home but what was going on in my life during the process. I developed a friendship with him and enjoyed my conversations with him. He went above and beyond to make the mortgage process as painless as possible. We started the process of buying our first home with another lender and met Sohala along the way. I’m so glad we decided to switch–Sohala is on TOP of it! She was able to get us a much lower rate than the first lender (they tried to match and couldn’t), saving us close to $150/mo. Plus, she had the foresight and experience to know what parts of our application might be triggers for the underwriter, and was prepared to address any concerns before they came up so that our loan approval moved along smoothly. Sohala has wonderful work ethic, and I have to admit that I felt guilty from time to time about my phone calls/emails to her in the evenings and on weekends. However, she always made time to respond and did so quickly. I highly recommend Sohala to anyone buying a house or refinancing.
