We had a water leak inside our kitchen wall, adjacent to the hot water heater on the other side. Doug did a fantastic job assessing the issue and working with the water restoration crew to get the leak fixed and the hot water heater replaced incredibly fast. He was thorough, level-headed, and more than reasonable with the price. A fine man I would recommend to anyone.
Alejandro was terrific. Super friendly. I had been trying to install a DIY faucet project and ran into a little trouble. He came in and sorted it out quickly, competently, and pleasantly. Very happy with the work.
Alan and Andrew were the best. Professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable and fast at fixing my problem. My shower handle broke on a Saturday at 7:30pm and Alan and Andrew from Roto-Rooter were leaving the house at 10pm on that same Saturday. The convenience is a blessing. Alan and Andrew deserve raises.

Julian took care of us in a personable, quick, and timely manner. He deserves a raise, as the job wasn’t an easy one (replacing a washing machine hose spigot), and he still finished fast and without making a mess.
Julian came to my home late Friday night to follow up on a plumbing emergency I was having. He went above and beyond to assist me. He came back the next day for the needed repairs. His professionalism and pleasant demeanor made the situation less stressful. I definitely recommend this company for plumbing and restoration services.
Technician Alexjandro (2831) arrived immediately after I placed my request. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my (macerating toilet system) and got straight to work! He has a very pleasant attitude and was respectful of my property. He took time to answer my questions and explained what he was doing. Very professional man! I liked the fact that he knew what he was doing. I will always call him if I have any other issues and highly recommend him. Thanks for a job well done!!!
