1. Exceptional Service from Roto-Rooter – Highly Recommended!

   I recently had a major issue with a toilet overflow that caused significant flooding in my home. I contacted Roto-Rooter for help, and I am beyond impressed with the service I received. From the moment I called, their team was responsive, professional, and dedicated to resolving my issue quickly.

   Hunter and his team, including James, Eric, and Steve, were outstanding in every aspect of the job. They arrived promptly, assessed the situation, and immediately got to work mitigating the water damage. Their expertise and efficiency were evident as they methodically addressed the flooding, ensuring that all affected areas were properly dried and treated to prevent further damage.

   James, Eric, and Steve worked seamlessly together, demonstrating excellent teamwork and communication throughout the entire process. They were respectful of my home, taking care to minimize disruption and clean up thoroughly after their work was done. They explained each step they were taking, answered all my questions with patience, and provided valuable advice on preventing future issues.

Honest professional and on time ,it is important to be on time and have have all these quality’s with a compony you entrust your issue with,a great experience,I always call this compony and Chris went above and beyond to help me ,explained the problem,how much it will cost ,what the process will be like.

3. Chris was a very knowledgeable, kind, and experience technician! Chris explained everything he was doing while inspecting our system prior to the selling of our house! Honesty to the customer about all the information he was giving to us. Looking out for the customers is an amazing skill to have! Thank you Chris!

4. I won’t be changing my review anytime soon. I requested a refund and the people on the phone laughed at me (I was on speakerphone without my knowledge). I needed the footage, that they promised to provide, of my sewer line and it was never given to me. I had a bad clog, roots in my toilet flange. It was scary, I’ve never experienced something like this, not in my youth and clearly not as an adult. They took advantage of my fears and lack of understanding in sewer drains. They quoted me thousands to jackhammer my basement floor and mitigate the roots. They would poison the roots in the area and then redo the plumbing and fill the hole back in. It would cost thousands and they also told me that my home owners insurance likely wouldn’t cover the problem since it takes time for roots to grow and insurance only covers damage where the cause is instant and not over time. That was 3 months ago… I’ve been in knots trying to figure out how to get a remodel loan. I called to request the footage of the camera scope they did of my sewer lines. I needed the footage to try to secure the financing. They never sent it and never refunded me for not being able to provide the footage. Luckily, I called another plumber. The other plumber fixed the sewer drain problem in less than 10 min, charged me less than what I paid originally and even reinstalled my toilet.

5. I highly recommend Roto-rooter. They actually took the time to explain to me everything that was going on and cared. You could tell they took the job personally and it wasn’t just a check for them. Great company and great people, I can’t recommend enough. I personally worked with Patrick and would highly recommend him!
