Very bad customer service. They were very busy in every single department, and of course with kids graduating from different schools and being the weekend it is totally understandable, but supervisors/leads/team leaders of this store were just walking around, only one employee working as the only available line to payâŠand to me it seem like she was the newbie of them ALL, donât get me wrong the girl was working her b..off and everyone else was either trying to look cool or look busy or calling other employees over the intercom for the dumbest thingâŠand the line (customers ready to walk out) getting bigger by the minute and what really bother me was that Nobody was being proactive about the situation and also how all of the people that work at this store were just watching how the newbie was trying her best, she looked a little bit freaked out but she was handling pretty well and doing her job, but everyone else with a freaking attitude like âIâM THE BOSSâ seriously come on this is the best time where you can step up and show what you are really made of. We can not forget we were there once, why not model a can do anything attitude while helping by coaching/mentoring the newest member of your team. We all deserve to go to work to âWORKâ equally, as a team by building the new members and welcoming them into the family⊠but I guess I am just thinking out loud for a perfect world
Store is always incredibly messy. Even during opening hours, itâs difficult to get around isles when there is merchandise all over the floor which is a safety hazard. Customer service couldâve been better being the only one in line and had seen multiple cashiers just standing around doing nothing, and since when does security check receipts? Not sure if Iâll ever go back.
This Ross location carries clothing, shoes, handbags, housewares, linens, home decor, art supplies, garden decor, beauty products, furniture, and luggage. Perhaps it was busier earlier in the day and some shoppers left messes wherever they went that made the store messier than usual, but some aisles were definitely harder to navigate through with abandoned items left in the middle of the floor. Clear safety dividers were in place at checkout and the employees were wearing masks. When I made my purchases, the cashier who helped me was pleasant and efficient.
I found a nice pair of shoes for $20, a comfortable loungeware short sleeve for $8, and a plain white cotton shirt for $3. Great value and good quality
Manager Felicia worst customer service. I had a security tag go in my foot in the menâs area around 2:45 ish. I was told to continue shopping and sheâll go find me. Never did I went and found her and filed paper work as she was saying the heat is probably making people upset. When I had a whole security tag go in my foot!
