1. In California, store personnel generally can’t legally force you to show your receipt when you leave a store unless they have probable cause to suspect you of shoplifting. However, some say that refusing to show your receipt could give the store probable cause to detain you.

   Stores often ask to see receipts to reduce theft, ensure customers leave with all their purchases, and verify that cashiers processed items correctly. However, stores can’t stop you from leaving without reasonable suspicion.

   They also can’t implement receipt checks in a discriminatory way, as some stores have faced lawsuits over policies that targeted specific groups.

   Membership stores like Costco and Sam’s Club usually require receipts as part of your membership agreement

2. There are much better prices than Marshall’s and faster check out means more time shopping less time at line to pay for your items 😀

3. Had a great time going out, however the mani-pedi could have been a little bit neater, I don’t know whether it was the nail polish that was old or the precision just wasn’t quite there. I loved my waxing service that I received though! It would be nice to have more options for gel paints as well. Everyone was quite friendly and helpful, prices were not misleading as sometimes can be the case.

4. I visited the Ross at Riverpark today, lady in dressing room had a horrible attitude. If you hate where you work please quit. So unfriendly it was ridiculous.

5. They had everything I needed after stopping by 3 other locations. Friendly helpful employees.
