If youâre visiting from out of town and need a storeâŠ. Avoid this oneâŠ. Itâs always a mess and they always have a long line due to limited cashiers.. youâre better off going to River Park or Clovis locations
Out of all the Ross stores Iâve been to this one has the best and biggest selection, however, it is also short staffed and always busy. The checkout line was wrapped around the whole store. I waited in line to pay, about 30 min, for longer than I shopped. They really need to hire more people because thatâs just ridiculous.
The worker pong at dressing room assume we were stealing just because I was there shopping with my four siblings. She was also noisy and started asking if they were my kids. She says âOh were asians so of course it ok to ask if theyâre your kids.â
The taller security dude was chasing us around the store and made us feel uncomfortable that we canât even shop in peace. We had to rush our shopping trip.
While I found a few articles of clothing to purchase, waiting in the checkout line took up more of my time than shopping did. It made socially distancing a challenge when others around you crowd in line. I thought that shopping at this location around 9am would help, but the checkout line was already too long. There was only one cashier ringing up customers, which made waiting unpleasant for everyone.
Both google and safari when pushing direction button takes you to down town in front of library.. this needs to be fix. Unfortunately waisted my time .
