1. I have seen better locations , there is not a lot of variety available in this store!
   The thing that bothered me the most is the store manager. He is really rude and deserves to be fired. He locked us at the end of the day in the store and disappeared with the key, we had to wait 10 minutes until they found him with the keys and opened the door for us, I felt that he wanted to punish us because we stayed till the last minute, I was too close to call the police. This is not the only things, he kept nothing my kids to behave better as he never dealt with kids before.

2. Customer service was awful. I handed the employer an item and she aggressively asked “where is the tag” as if I worked there. She started to ring up the next customer before I removed my items off the register and if you know how the Tuscaloosa check out are is then you’d know that was rude. Her attitude all around was nasty and she was not polite at all.

3. You need to search and look slowly when buying things in this store. You can always find “treasures” in a certain corner. The feeling of digging for treasures is very good. I found a pair of shoes, navy blue, I like them very much, and the price is also beautiful.

4. 1 star because the employees always have terrible attitudes and when they put your items on the bags when you are paying; they like to throw your stuff hard inside the bags with no care for them. Never seen such levels of disrespect when purchasing items in a store like this. I always wanna p u n c h them in the face/neck after I’m done paying.

5. Terrible experience. I planned on buying a piece of furniture and was sitting on the bench. A black sales associate came up and rudely asked what I was doing. I told her I was trying out the bench. A few moments later, an overhead announcement was made that “no lounging” was allowed on the furniture. I was embarrassed to be targeted, as my mother and I were the only ones sitting in the furniture area. A group of black female workers were pointing and snickering, as the announcement was made. I feel as though we were racially profiled. I ended up walking over to the rude group of black female workers and asked for a dolly and some help. The woman I asked didn’t even acknowledge me. She simply walked away. Another woman told me I could put the very large and heavy bench in a shopping cart. I told her there is no way it would fit in a shopping cart. She rolled her eyes and grabbed a small dolly. I think the workers could use some customer service and racial profile training. I will not be returning to the store and I will tell everyone I know to avoid the store because of the racist and inept workers.

   Also, the fire alarm kept chirping. And it has been for a long time! Fix the dang thing, already!
