Mama Mia!! Roma is probably my favorite Italian restaurant in the area. Everything that has come across my table has been delicious, and you know I like to get a sample of everyone’s meal. Shrimp Scampi used to be my favorite dish but it seems like the recipe changed a little last year, but it’s still very good. I love the lasagna, seafood manicotti and pasta ronaldo. Food is always hot and fresh. And it might seem strange to brag about a side salad, but Roma’s is very good. We’re in an age where restaurants really don’t put time into their side salads but, hey, it’s an important part of my meal. Thank you Roma for caring. Service is always good. Servers are friendly. It’s a little tight in the dining area but nowhere near enough to keep me away. Highly recommend this Italian hideaway!
I returned and had it made my way, noodles on the bottom sauce, chicken cheese on top. Baked pasta dish was so amazing!!!! Update…. I will have it made “my way on my next trip”. Thank you. Food had the flavors, just needed marinara reduction, my chicken parmigiana was soggy. Stack it in the noodles and bake in the dish like the ziti and it would have been perfect. I’d definitely go back next time I’m in town, this was my first time to dine.
While visiting Mobile AL, Roma’s Cafe was recommended by a friend for some good Italian food. I must say I really enjoyed this restaurant. Everything was piping hot and fresh. The food was tasty and very well seasoned. I enjoyed the fresh herbs that were in the pasta dishes. They also have house-made salad dressings. The staff was so very helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed the food and the service we received. I recommend this restaurant for good, fresh, delicious Italian food. I’ll be back for sure!

Friend recommend restaurant out in West Mobile. It was packed at 1pm on Saturday! Staff was great! All types of people there. We ordered hummus and veal. Homemade sauce with slices mushrooms (not canned). The hummus was shaped like a crab! Cute. Server was experienced and fast.
I absolutely love this restaurant. The food here is so delicious. My favorite is the seafood manicotti. My friend likes the shrimp alfredo. Service is always on point. My favorite Italian restaurant
