1. Michael and Telia did an awesome job on getting my disposal changed out and fixed. I’m limited in what I can do, but they make it seem so easy. This was my second call to them to fix something in my house, and the price was reasonable. I very much support companies who support veterans. Great job!

2. Incredible Service.
   Called at 4:30PM Thursday.
   Tech arrived by 6:00
   PM.
   Work complete by 7:30 PM
   Snaked a clean out all the way to the street. Darkness setting.
   I could see he had already had a long, hard day,…and ours was a dirty job.
   Super Positive, Can do, Done Right, Polite and a very positive, Technician.
   What a Great Experience.
   Five stars!
   Our Gratitude is reflective of this Young Man’s fantastic attitude!
   He was indeed a credit to his trade and his employer.

3. We had sewage come up into our basement bathroom. I told the two guys our access port was in the backyard. They laughed at me & said that was “basically impossible”. So they snake from within the house then state the pipe had broke.

   The manager was contacted. They come back with a bigger snake but could only go about 45-50 ft out. Obviously that’s no longer under the house. I again mention the access port in the back. Denied. Our problem got worse after they snaked the line.

   No one could tell me anything regarding the integrity of our pipes. They do not use cameras to scope.

   I had also requested they check the condition of my vent. My request was denied. It was explained to me that couldn’t possibly be the cause of our leak (obviously). But I prefer to have my mechanic inspect all components of my vehicle when I have it serviced. HVAC, same. But okay.

   A few days later they came back to replace the sewage line. Did they walk to the back to at least look at what I had pointed out? No.

   They dig up the front yard only to find no sewage line. THEN they dig up the back yard. There are now deep trenches in our front & back yard.

   Then they say the pipe is not broken but misaligned. It did not angle downward enough into the city sewage line. At this point, I’m not convinced it needed to be replaced. Yet, they replace the line.

   Management was present for this. Management, I’ve live in other houses here in HSV where the sewer line ran through the back. It’s not impossible.

   So, am I pleased with the final result or price? Absolutely not. Would I recommend this co. to another? No. I have no confidence this company knows what they’re doing.

4. Rocket City Plumbing is the standard by which all plumbing companies should strive to be. I received a call today at 3:17pm from the water company telling me I had a leak and my meter was showing 35+ gallons of water leaking per hour. I immediately called RCP and the receptionist said she could have someone out the same afternoon. I received a text 25 minutes later stating that the technician would arrive between 4-6pm. Thirteen minutes later I received a text saying Scott was en route. The text included a photo of the technician which was unnecessary but appreciated touch. He arrived at 4pm and began working on what turned out to be 3 leaks in our yard. They worked until 8:15pm to get the job done. The price charged was extremely reasonable compared to other plumbing services we have used in the past, especially considering it was an emergency call late in the afternoon. I cannot recommend Rocket City Plumbing enough. Thank you for the attention to detail and professionalism. We will never use another company.

5. Rocket City came out as the best price out of 4 quotes. They don’t work for commission so they’re not trying to trap you for higher prices.

   Sewer main break wound up being much more costly and time intensive than they ever could’ve known but they kept the price fair. Workers were friendly and polite and they cleaned up after themselves.

   You can use different plumbers, but you would be wrong.

   Rocket City has gone above and beyond to accommodate my family. I use them for all plumbing services now.
