1. Thanks to Mike and Dave for fixing and delivering our Kenmore washer …. We feel very blessed to have gotten this fixed so quickly and with such happy and accommodating people … The cost was very reasonable and we highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors…

2. I wish I could give more than 5 stars; this guy takes care of his customers. Mike is very honest and skilled and has consistently favored sound advice and customer satisfaction over making more money from me. I’ve purchased multiple appliances from his shop and have only had very positive experiences. I’ve given him return business and he has offered me great deals, lower than his advertised prices. Extremely pleased, will not go anywhere else for appliances for as long as I live here.

3. I have now been here twice and I can honestly say that they were both great experiences. I got a washer awhile back that is still functioning like it’s new! I just bought a dryer from here and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Mike is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. This business will always have my business!!

4. My second experience with the owner of this establishment. He is the nicest, helpful informative and most trustworthy guy.. If you are looking to buy or need a repair I strongly recommend this Gentleman and his his business Rocket City Appliances he helped me with a Dryer issue and recently heating element for my oven. Praise this man

5. My wife had me hunting for a certain kind of older Kenmore washing machine. He went above and beyond to find and refurbish one for us. Wish I could give even more stars! Highly recommend.
