1. DO NOT RENT A PROPERTY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! I thought I was doing the right thing by renting a house with Roberts Brothers but I was dead wrong! When we went to sign the lease I had three small requests that be done before we moved in and they said most definitely it wont be a problem. Then we went to do the walk through a week later, all the utilities had been turned off so it was really dark and you couldn’t test a single faucet or light fixture. Nothing had been done! the place hadn’t been touched literally! It was filthy! Roberts Brothers said they had someone come out and clean the place which was a complete lie. It took me an entire week cleaning this place. The appliances were the worst part, the oven was caked with grease and burnt up spilled food over at least 10 years of having been used, the fridge smelled as if there was a dead animal inside of it, the entire kitchen was covered in grease as if there was a grease explosion! I mean there were grease splatters inside of the cabinets(all along the sides and the tops and bottoms) it was unbelievable! You could see the grease splatters on all the walls and nothing would get it off. The counters were covered in this sticky mess. I had to clean for an entire week just so I would feel comfortable putting any of my belongings inside this place. Then we got the utilities turned on and every sink is leaking, the toilet has not stopped over flowing, every sink is clogged, AND there’s a spot in the middle of the living room where no one can walk or you will fall through because the wood is so weak. I have not been able to completely list all the problems I’m having in this home that I’m renting from Roberts Brothers because it would never end. I just extremely advise you not to ever RENT a home from them. My life is now a living nightmare!!!!!

2. We lived in our home for a year and a half and never had any problems. However as soon as we moved out they wanted to charge us for painting the whole home (even though I patched and painted with the paint the OWNER provided me with every single hole). They said it would be about $800 to repaint which of course I disputed. They also charged us a $125 fee for “lawn maintenance” which my husband went above and beyond to keep the yard in great condition. When moving in there was cracking in the tiled floor in the kitchen-we were told they would “glue the pieces down so it would be stable” so come move out date they blamed us for the numerous cracks in the tile even though I had the proof that it was supposed to be fixed. They wanted to charge us over $2000 worth of fees and our deposit was only $1250. I had pictures to dispute what they were saying and had our military family not been moving to another location would have definitely hired a lawyer to take them to court. We payed so much money for “professionals” but as soon as we had to move they wanted to charge us with everything under the sun just to get any extra pennies they could. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

3. Roberts brothers really took our whole deposit after not fixing any of the requests we had throughout the year. I’ve had bad realty companies in the past but this one takes the cake as the worst. Save ur money time and stress and DO NOT rent with them

4. Elaine Sessions and her team has been extremely helpful in my buying process. Having a realtor that knows a lot about the area is something I will never go without. They take the time to research and discuss properties with you thoroughly and I’m happy I chose Roberts Brothers!

5. Did not even try to fix our house during the year we lived there. Terrible company and worse customer service. Save your money and time and DO NOT rent with Roberts Brothers
