As a tenant renting the coolest 1 bedroom house in downtown Fairhope, I can honestly say Roberts Brothers deserves a 5.0 out of 5-star rating over the 1-and-a-half-year experience. Communication and their follow-up were always under 1 hour. Requests were addressed immediately and they advocated on my behalf working amicably with me and the landlord (she was also great). I would not hesitate to rent from RBs again and would highly recommend anyone with rental properties use Ana and Clint to lease and manage their rental properties. Thank yall very much for a wonderful experience!
We used Andrea Sasso as our agent in purchasing a home. It was a joy to work with her. She was incredibly responsive and optimistic in suggesting homes that would meet our family’s needs. Her willingness to setup conveniently scheduled showings, and then provide honest (and asked for) feedback throughout the home buying process, helped to put us at ease and establish trust that we were making the right decision. Ultimately, we found a home perfect for our family, and Andrea seamlessly transitioned us from an initial offer to signing closing document in LESS THAN THREE WEEKS! What a blessing!
