1. I don’t know what is going on at RH Birmingham. I’ve never had this lackluster, non-responsive interaction before. They were always Johnny on-the-spot with returning phone calls and emails. Whoever is charge now is absolutely horrible. No one follows up! If there is nothing available, just say so. We’re all adults or we should be.

These people called me and asked me was I still interested an a job I told them I had accepted a position making a certain amount the lady Devin from Robert Half said well I may be able to get you more they set up a interview they offered me the job making the same amount I was offered for another position I stated I would not take it because this position requires me to drive 30 minutes away and gas is $4 a gallon she calls me back with in two days and says she got me three dollars so I accept the offer they send me a offer letter everything she then emails me saying the start date got pushed back a few days go back she says the start date got pushed back again so fast forward its finally the day I’m supposed to start I’m supposed to be there at 10 am she emails me a hour before I’m supposed to be at work and says the client can not give me the pay they initially offered because of the budget they offered me $11 less than what I agreed upon I have never worked for a temp agency and because of this I never will not only did I turn down a position making way more but now I’m out of a job and I have two children to take care of if you ask me they (Robert Half) LIED!!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM

3. This was my very first experience with Robert Half and it was not a positive one at all.
   I was placed with a temp-perm remote executive assistant job with this office recently. My recruiter was Devin and the communication between her and I was awful. Every time she’d say she would do something she didn’t, I had to keep reminding her to do stuff like email information over to me etc. on my second day my manager at this job complained about my background noise.
   I had the issue resolved within an hour. She decided to go ahead and move on without me anyway. I was only on this job for 2 days. I’ve never experienced anything like that before. It didn’t help that No one closed the job with me. There was no communication. Devin went out of town the next day and didn’t communicate that to me and I tried reaching out to her and nothing. The branch manager finally reached out to me a week later and I told her all about my experience.
   I am not sure I’d recommend Robert Half to anyone. My first experience was a very negative one.

4. If you are in desperate need of a job this is not the place.They are very nice and eager to find you a job in the beginning. ( at least thats what it seem like) I was very fooled by this company I was getting job offers from other companies and this company took 4 months to run a background I have worked in a few professional management settings this was beyond ridiculous. I even went to the county where the background was stuck in . The office management was getting an attitude with me because I was calling trying to get an update. To be clear I did have something on my background that was over 7 years ago I was very honest and upfront with the staff. This has not ever hinder me from obtaining a job as I have worked in management for over 2 0
   years. I was beyond disappointed on how I was handle with the Management staff at this establishment.

5. I have a list of Representatives that I literally call EVERY SINGLE DAY several times . I leave voicemails, have sent over all of my documents needed for employment and etc. I never receive a call back. They never answer the phones. Im ready to give up at this point.
