1. Fantastic service. As a former college student in the Birmingham area, I felt comfortable and confident leaving my vehicle with the team at Rob E Mann’s. Very communicative, helpful, and trustworthy. Now as a Birmingham resident, I will continue to trust them and their service. Going with Rob E Mann’s is a no brainer.

2. I appreciate the transparency and understanding that Rick and the team use when helping me take care of my car. And I like the digital support they use to communicate. It speeds things up and adds clarity to issues. Rob’e Man’s is my go to and I highly recommend them to anyone needing to service their vehicle. Competent, trustworthy, and up to date with their processes.

3. Very pleased. I called on Tuesday, told Rick I thought my 10 yr old Subaru Outback needed new brakes. We made the appointment for the next morning. I did indeed need new brakes. Rick called me around noon to give me the total cost and get the OK to proceed. They also sent a txt message. They completed the work and my car was ready by 4 pm.
   Excellent customer service and as far as I can tell the brakes are great. I didn’t get an estimate from anyone else, because we had used Rob e Mans in the past and always had reliable service.

4. I’ve taken my vehicle to Rob’s about 3 times and they’re really good but their customer service with me has not been. I get the vibe of certain ones are not a fan of people of color. I walked in and the guy at the back counter asked, “Did you do your appointment on line? Not a how are you ma’am or can I help you? I told him I called first but received the confirmation through email for 10:15 to do an oil change and to check my back brakes. He tells me, “well I’m just gonna tell you, our guys go to lunch at 11 so it’ll be well after 12 before we can check brakes. I told him we’ll just change my oil I’ll get someone else to check my brakes because I definitely don’t want to inconvenience anyone. But what’s the point of an appointment @10:15? I should have been scheduled for “well after 12. I really don’t like to assume that’s why I came back to see if it’s just those couple of times. However, this is the vibe I’ve pickup with how I’ve been treated walking in the door vs someone else that’s not of color. Not one employee that I came across actually spoke. But I’m always going to be a bigger person and ask how you’re doing. Although, they did check my brakes and stated I needed them…which btw nobody told me they’re going to charge $50 to check them either.l just wasn’t about to give them anymore of my service.

5. The service at Rob’e Mans is superb. The attendants are professional, courteous, and efficient. I came in late in the day with a service request and I was prepared to hear a “no” or come back tomorrow. Instead Kenny said, “Let’s make it happen!!” I’ve got the best light replacement man right here. They got the job done faster than expected and for less I’m always pleased at Rob’e Man’s
