Rob is an excellent realtor, he is LITERALLY 24/7! I emphasize that because during my time with Rob I never waited longer than a minute or so for a return text message, and he always picked up the phone by the 2nd ring. That is how it should be done. During the mortgage processing there were hiccups and when I let him know about those problems, Rob helped me immediately. I’m serious, it was an immediate fix.
