Worst rite aid I been to. Pharmacy do not ever answer phone calls! And forget about asking questions about anything. When given new medicine you have to wait for counseling right? Wrong all they do is read label and walk away! If you ask if new medicine interfere with other they just tell you don’t take and call your doctor or I’m not sure
Their delivery service will screw you and the environment in the process. It’s nice of them to offer it but I’m sorry I’m not out to punish the world that much! their automated system is a joke and yeah I HAVE corporate know about it. MOOCHY or whatever the pharmacy managers name is Geddes nobody will certainly spell it for me. They don’t want to admit doing wrong!! For two weeks I’ve been trying to tell them you don’t need to deliver every day when they come in on the same day! Don’t mess with me and my health.
No one can ever pick up the phone in pharmacy. They let it ring and ring. Then when you call the main store and get put on hold while they are paged to pick up the line they still don’t. Then they are constantly out of medications. Worst customer service and might as well switch to Walmart.
Honestly, I don’t see what’s wrong with the people leaving 1 star reviews, Staff are really nice, place always has fresh items. Good quality! I’ve been to this rite aid, so so so many times and I’ve enjoyed each and every single one of ‘em. 5 stars.
Worst pharmacy ever avoid if you can all they do is screw up and don’t even work they are terrible at their job as if they dont know what they are doing. They need new staff for sure. We waited in line for an hour and the other half-hour for them screw up.
