  1. I love the instructors for the Beginner Yoga & the Chair Yoga classes on Tuesday & Thursday evening. They make the class fun. They don’t rush through a technic or lesson & they try to gear the class to what everyone needs to work on. I know the yoga has really helped my back & side hip pain. I wish I could go to more classes. But they don’t offer a lot of evening classes. I love the small class atmosphere too.

  3. I attended Yoga Nidra last week. What an amazing class! The most relaxed I believe I have ever been. The instructor was very soothing with her guidance. I would definitely sign up to do this class again.

  4. A friend of mine invited me to join her for yoga a few weeks ago, and I couldn’t wait to go back. The facility is clean and open and they are very careful about distancing and keeping you healthy. I was able to experience a class before diving into a plan for purchasing more classes, which definitely helped me see if I liked it, and how I could save money too! Everyone was very kind and gracious and helpful. I attended a Friday morning yoga class with Chris. What I liked best about her teaching style was that she gave very clear instructions and told me that if I could not do a pose, I should not make my body force into that way. I have to be very careful because I cannot do everything everyone else can do! But I felt included and I also felt good about what my body was able to do. Chris gently guided me and directed me so that my body could do better, and that made me happy and excited about coming back for more classes. It’s a very gentle easy style of yoga. And I feel that my body is very happy with these classes. And I know my mind is very happy with this place and my pocketbook is definitely happy with the price!
