  1. Wow! What a wonderful surprise! This place is gorgeous. And Marty the guy that greeted us was so friendly and helpful with our room. Beautiful pool, great fitness facility, fun bar and decent restaurants. Golf course is stunning. Can’t say enough about this resort. We will definitely make this an annual trip.

  2. Beautiful resort. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The outside area is so much fun. Really great food at the Clubhouse too. Really a fun stay. Took off 1 star due to staff not manning the pool slide and allowing kids to take it over. They should also enforce the wristband requirement for the pool. We noticed a few rooms with 6-10 people in them and they all came to the pool area. They just need to hire some/more security to patrol the place and enforce the rules. Too expensive for this issue.

  3. First time staying at the resort. Was in town for training. Amazing hotel. The staff from valet parking, front desk and everyone we came in contact with were professional, friendly and helpful. Restaurants and bar on property very convenient as well as the beautiful grounds, pool and spa. Rooms very spacious. Beds were very comfortable and we loved the balcony to sit and enjoy the view. Would recommend staying here.

  4. Tyler is the best employee there. He is the epitome of excellent customer service. Tyler went above and beyond to make my stay more enjoyable. He turned a so-so experience into a phenomenal one. I would come back as long as he still works there. You need to promote him. Employees like Tyler don’t grow on trees. I hope you value him as much as I and other guests do. He truly is an asset to your hotel.

  5. We booked a room here for our family last minute when we had some unexpected emergencies and couldn’t drive home to Atlanta yet. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable with great beds and beautiful furnishings, the staff is kind and accommodating and were all so sweet to my children…. But the real MVP was Carlos, the front office Supervisor. He picked us up immediately when our car battery died just a mile from being able to check in, and he personally took care of our every need and helped us out over a scary time for our family. He was a blessing! Not to mention the admiration I have for this guy—he works 17-18 hour shifts DAYS in a row. And I can see why—he makes this castle the welcoming home it is. We cannot wait to come back here!
