Recently bought hitachi split ac. Manager was cheating on wrong inflated emi amount. He was in hurry n didnāt care to talk or educate us. Sales staff said yesterday that ac be wired internally. Didnāt care about sensitive questions. Pathetic customer handling. Reason why Vijay sales has edge over reliance. Worst experience. See how 1400 ac installation cost and how they wired it. After everything is done they said Hitachi canāt be wired internally.

Nw whn my phone get damaged.. I went .. no person know how to claim the insurance.. too ill mannered.. itās almost 25 days thy do nothing..

please donāt buy resQ, Reliance resQ gives worst service. Estimated time of arrival of technician is 2 to 3 days and now it has been 30 days above and no one came to visit and they are also lying on phone calls. Worst service ever. Please be careful before taking any kind of service from Reliance resQ.
