Had a seat at 6:15. Did not receive food until 7:24. Ants all over the table and wall next to my party. Would receive refills for drinks every 30 minutes. Horrible service, food and really everything. Inventory needs work since they were out of 2 items and I had to pick some random burger. I have been here once and only came to eat because of family. This is why I don’t eat at this restaurant.
First time to this RR location, was visiting the area from out of town. Restaurant was dusty and dirty (dead flies). Also, they said the fountain soda machine was down so they only had can soda options (coke and ginger ale). The soda was most likely from a bottle because it came out flat, otherwise I’m not sure why a fresh can pour would be flat. Lastly, the A/C did not appear to be on, so it was a little humid inside the restaurant. Will not return to this location.
Red Robin in California MD has always been a consistently great spot for burgers and dinner. Every staff there was very friendly and helpful! Our waiter stood out! Tyree was excellent and attentive! Will be back!
Our server was awesome! We have not been to a Red Robin for over a decade and she was very quick to let us know what is different on the menu and gave us recommendations based on our preferences. The food was great. We order the boneless wings, fish and chips, bacon fondue burger, and mini corn dogs. It was all great. Overall experience 10/10!
I love Red Robin. That said, the quality of the food at this location is not good. The fried food we were served was cooked in dirty fryer grease. The burger I ordered was supposed to have pink in it, I guess medium rare is no longer possible to order. The burger was clearly pressed and burnt, no pink, no juice. I got the Bonzi burger and specifically asked the waitress to make sure the cooks seared the pineapple so it wasn’t cold. The pineapple was fresh out of the fridge. As I said, I love Red Robin, but will definitely think twice before eating here again.
