  1. We were here for 2 hours!!!! We waited an hour and half to get our food! There were only 4 tables and 3 servers so it was NOT busy at all. We were told the kitchen is way behind and had constant complaints due to wanting to maximize profit and reduce labor costs so apparently managers were said to have been cooking and washing dishes to us by their staff. Then the same manager that was covering up comps by her regional or district manager according to them was here and we NEVER received a visit from here apologizing or any offers or comps or desert or any sympathy at all. NOPE Just a bill 💵 that was for right under $150 cause we tipped the waitress well because we felt it was out of her control. We actually feel bad for the waitress and she said she already had tables leave today cause of waiting 29 mins on drinks ,we waited the same for our drinks but we decided to not walk out and try to do the right thing and still tip well and hoped they would have felt bad for this horrible situation and experience! WE WILL NOT BE BACK!!!! GET IT TOGETHER OR DONT BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC RED LOBSTER OF FLORENCE!!!!! We came right after laundry lunch and left at dinner time 5:00 WHAT A SHAME!!!

  2. Our dinner was very, very good. Let’s start there. If you’re looking for really good chain seafood spots, look no further than this location of Red Lobster. We made reservations and arrived at a time when the restaurant wasn’t busy, but not an odd time, either- just normal dinner time. Our server struggled, though they were very nice. Coming from a restaurant/customer service background, it was somewhat painful to watch and experience. A manager should have been checking on us, on this server, on the customers in the area, but we did not see one nor were we approached by anyone other than the server to ask how we were doing or apologize for the wait or the lack of efficient service. The server was not ready to handle tables by themselves, regardless of the wait time caused by the kitchen. Overall, we would have liked to have had a better experience for our mothers for Mother’s Day weekend, but the food was delicious when we got it and we are grateful for the good parts of the evening.

  3. I had not been to Red Lobster in many years, while I realized things have changed and prices have gone thru the roof, I am sad about the experience. We ordered a sample plate of items to share. Portions were small. The lobster was undercooked, and the shrimp were overcooked and chewy. Of course prices were very high. I ordered a house salad for 2 dollars more as it is not a normal side anymore. However, the cheese biscuits did not disappoint. The waiter was very attentive, but sadly I probably won’t return.

  4. Stop by last night for a birthday dinner. Was greeted with a smile and immediately sat down our waitress was very friendly and very attentive. We had appetizers and meals and they even brought out a nice dessert for the birthday girl. Everything was delicious and the service was impeccable Will definitely be coming back.

  5. OMG! The food was amazing, literally so good our waiter asked what we needed whenever we needed something so we never had to ask her to come and for the food, I got shrimp scampi and it was amazing as usual, and this time I could eat it right away because it wasn’t too hot or too cold it was the perfect temperature! I’m definitely coming back to this restaurant it was so good.
