I’ve tried pre licensing courses online before and unfortunately I had no luck. After taking Ms Nikita Patrick-Thomas coarse that changed! She is AMAZING! I learned so much stuff about real estate that i had No idea about! Not only did i learn for knowledge, she broke the material down so good and made me actually understand it! It’s hard finding a great instructor these days but I am so glad i found her! If you are thinking about getting your license then i definitely would recommend her class!!!
Mrs. Thomas is extremely knowledgeable and motivating. The classes were engaging and fun!! I couldn’t have gotten through this process without her. She also hold her students to a higher standard. We learned with hands on assignments, games, and much more!!! If you’re serious about real estate, you could really benefit from Real EstateU Love her!!!
Mrs. Nikita was an amazing instructor! I enjoyed coming to every class. Although we were learning she also made the course fun and engaging. Mrs. Nikita is very knowledgeable and upfront. She is very attentive, flexible, and understanding. She is willing to work with you rather than watching you fail. We know what to expect from her as well as she knows what to expect from us in order to be successful throughout the course.I would recommend taking any course she offers in real estate.
Mrs. Patrick- Thomas went over and above to accommodate us and teach us what was necessary to pass the reciprocal broker exam. Would highly recommend.
The class was awesome! I had no prior experience with real estate before signing up, but I have left confident that I will pass the licensing exam. Mrs. Nikita has a great personality and does her part to make sure everyone understands the content including answering questions giving real life/relatable examples, and interactive classes/activities. I can’t wait to take the post-license course!
