The ladies at this property management office have really stayed on top of all our rental needs. They have made our transition easy and have addressed a few things right away. Thank you so much from, The Waltons!
My wife and I rented from this company for a year and a half for our first place together and our experience was fantastic. We were mostly left unbothered and never had any big issues. They also helped us when we calculated our bills wrong one month and helped us get it straight. Sadly, our rent went up a little higher than we would have hoped but we would definitely do business with them again! Everyone I’ve had the chance to interact with has always been pleasant!
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, money hungry, and rude. Property owner’s daughter and real estate agent Eady attacked me verbally and put her hand in my face all because she didn’t like my freedom of speech defending her unnecessary opinion of me. Charged me an unreasonable amount of money for an alleged violation they never investigated and threatened me with eviction in less than 7 days. The property owner’s let their dog walk and use the restroom on other tenants properties. A family business that only cares about their personal gain rather than respecting tenants and their homes. Beautiful but cheaply made homes, I wouldn’t recommend for anyone especially people of color!
DO NOT LEASE WITH THESE PEOPLE. They are money grabbing racist. Eady and Freida are two of the most horrible stale face landlords I have ever encountered. DO NOT STAY AT THEIR CREEKSIDE APARTMENTS! The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbor cough. READ THE LEASE!! They have a clause stating they can show your apartment at anytime to anyone. They are a bunch of lunatics. I just moved out, anything that has their name on it. I will not be living in ever again.They have called me the N-word multiple times. Please save your money and move somewhere else as a college student. Everything in their apartments is cheaply made and falls apart. They only have one old maintenance guy who never fixes anything.
They do not care, they will take your deposit. Please run for the hills. If you only filled out an application, don’t even bother. If you signed a lease with these people. I say lawyer up, I feel so sorry for anyone who leases with them, including myself. It’s like living in a prison. The place is extremely small and the price says alot about quality, there really isn’t any. Check out bluekey, cedar or Saunders. DO NOT LEASE WITH REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATES OF ALABAMA!!!!!!
AVOID This agency ON ALL COST !!! They will steal your deposit
They are Bunch of unprofessional folks who will Manipulate you just like they done to me gave me a nosy apartment that i can hear everything in the street and they will for sure steal your Security deposit beside not returning your deposit they will ask you to pay more They painted the apartment after I left for $600 !!! and also charged $200 Cleaning fee for What !!! we did not hang anything on the wall and cleaned after we left.
we left the apartment clean and it is not TENANTS responsibility to maintain the apartment and prepare it for new tenant who i really feel sorry for them to rent an apartment from people who aim to steal others money .. beside all that my lease end at 07/31they asked us to leave at the 07/26 Despite the fact that I paid full rent.. lastly, DO NOT LET Bunch of unprofessional people stealing your money you will remember my word after you leave them.. these people will steal you they are unprofessional, unethical.
