My family just purchased the perfect home in Foley Alabama. I called Remax/Paradise and Realtor Lincoln Funk was our assigned as our agent. I spoke with Lincoln on the phone, and described the perfect place we were looking for. He sent me a list of 6 homes in the town we wanted to live in, and the home and property close to what we wanted. The very first home on the list was the one I have dreamed about since I was a child, the one we purchased that same day. While we waited for the bank to review all the documents we submitted, we were informed that the asking price did not match the appraisal. Lincoln spent several days battling with the bank to re appraise the property. 5 days later, the bank agreed to reappraise the property with the asking price. This was a feat that he never heard about. He spoke to numerous realtors and they could not believe the bank sided with us. Throughout the next several weeks, a few more bumps in the road came up, and Lincoln handled each and every one with ease. As i began pinging and getting spun up, Lincoln would call me and reassure me too he was on the ball and trust him. I received daily updates from him, and received a couple emails after 10pm. He was working out issues from 8am – 10pm on a few days. We finally closed on the home today, September 29, 2023..my wife’s birthday. In all the years dealing with purchasing or selling a home, we never met a realtor with more passion, knowledge, and never give up attitude like Lincoln Funk. He helped us to relax, think positive and trust him. You will never meet another realtor who goes above and way beyond what a realtor is required to do. And what’s more, we have a great friend. Thank you, Lincoln, for everything you did for us.
