  1. Kevin came to be my realtor due to an unfortunate circumstance. He jumped right into my, already in progress purchase, and guided us the entire way. We were building a home from 1,200 miles away and I think he spent more time checking the progress of the build than the builders did. Domini was equally great to work with; she is truly on top of everything. They both helped to make an extremely stressful situation much more bearable. I can’t recommend them enough.

  2. We were fortunate enough to work with Kathleen on the purchase of our new home. We worked with her for about a year to make sure we found the perfect property for our needs. She has a lot of experience as a real estate agent and was able to help us find the best fit. She also knew a lot about the area we were looking into which helped sway our decision in the end.

  3. Kevin and Domini were great to work with. They fully understood what we were seeking in a home and never tried to sell us on anything less. Their deep knowledge of the market helped us find the perfect home. Kevin negotiated a great price below our budget while Domini helped drive the closing process which was easy and free from stress. Before you call any agent, you need to call Kevin and Domini first!

  4. Took 3 weeks to get the listing up, after promising it would be about a week. Had an open house but forgot to advertise it and didn’t put up any signs, had a “realty round table” and the realtor (The Brian and Amy Team) didn’t show up for it so all the realtors left without knowing anything about the house.
Had the listing for 2 1/2 months and never showed it to a single person.
At one point he laughingly told me they were supposed to show it to somebody and they forgot to schedule it, and now the client had to catch a plane.
At another point he told me they had shown it to a family who wanted a house in our price range on our street but they hadn’t liked it. He forgot we had a security system that we would have had to turn off. He laughingly wrote “Oops, my bad!’ when I reminded him.
Don’t know how many showings they didn’t arrange that I never heard about.
We’ve wasted 3 months and the entire summer sales season with a realtor who just wanted the listing and never did a single thing to help it sell.

  5. Kes notified my realtor that I was bothering her by calling her. I admit that I erred by calling her because I found an old message she had left on my phone several days earlier so I returned her call. When I spoke to her on the latest call she talked to me as if I was a 2 year old and read me the riot act that I wasn’t supposed to be calling her because I had a realtor already. I apologized and explained as to why I had accidentally called her. Well, apparently that wasn’t enough because she called my realtor and put me on report and asked my realtor to get with me to let me know not to call her. What a childish way to do business!
