I called at 7:15pm this Thursday evening for a stuck garbage disposal as I had a planned event the next morning. I originally spoke with Eddie’s wife, who was extremely pleasant over the phone. Next thing I know, Eddie was at my front door within 25 minutes. He managed to fix the issue, was efficient and extremely kind. I would recommend Eddie to anyone!
Just got off the phone with Eddie who was able to help walk me through getting my earring out of the bathroom sink drain. They were extremely helpful and willing to help me do it on my own after expressing I was unsure about being able to pay the minimum fee for the service. Will definitely be having them come out from now on when I need something fixed around the house!!
The team at Rapid Rooter were professional and quickly responded to my request. Eddie was very helpful and knowledgeable he tackled our issue along with providing a pliable solution.
Home warranty claim. Business never called to make an appointment like they are supposed to. I had to call home warranty to get vendors name so I could call them. Plumber had to order garbage disposal. After 2 business days I hadn’t heard anything so I called them. I was told they ordered it but didn’t know when it would be in and that they would ask the plumber and call me back. They didn’t. I called the next day and they said the part was in and made an appointment to install. Day of installation I received a text saying the appointment was cancelled. When I called them I was out on hold for 13 minutes before hanging up and calling back. The appointment had not been cancelled they just had to “fix their system” (they didn’t make it over within the appointment window)
Garbage disposal was installed but I sure has to make all the calls. Their communication was terrible.
I called Rapid Rooter after I had been shopping for a Plummer. After I spoke with the technician he was actually able to help me over the phone through FaceTime and stop my leak. I am super grateful for Rapid Rooter. Next time I need a Plummer I will definitely be calling them again. Great service.
