Been with them for 2 years and it’s a joke. They call me to work for ONLY A MONTH. Waiting for another position is irritating. TEMP AGENCIES ARE A JOKE! If I could give a lower rating it will be -5 stars. The staff is nice and all but why call me TO ONLY WORK FOR A MONTH! I had enough of waiting and waiting for them to respond. This temp agency is not it!
This place use to be one of the best place to get a job right next to fullsteam staffing, but as of late i been trying to find a job through the randstad app, as soon as the job pops up, i jump on it and apply for it, all i need is a call from them something about confirmation and i dont wait for there call, i call them, i need a job asap so i call them, when i finally get in touch with them i come to find out all of the sudden the position got filled, this has happened for than normal, tbh i dont think its the app i feel like they hooking up there own ppl, there uncles, aunts, cousins or even friends to these positions, how is it i applied to the job asap on the app and all the sudden its magically filled up. This place is trash, management needs to put a stop to this, this aint right, stop blaming that your too busy to pick up the phone, you guys are too unorganized and unprofessional, randstad use to be top notch a couple years back.
Ps dont send me no email or hotline to report whats going on, its not gonna fix anythign, u guys gotta sweep up this current crew out and bring back the old crew or hire new ppl, a mix of hispanic, asian, white so this situation can be fix.
Im hispanic and i know them ppl they have right now are calling there own ppl to fill the position that appears on the app, why u think ppl are getting interviewed and all the sudden the job is filled up.
Its a inside job ppl, very unprofessional.
This place is a joke. Called in for a interview.. for what?? To be told the job had been filled! So why did you call me then!? Made me waste time and gas. Just to be let down.. I should have known better after reading all the reviews about this place..
I am 99.9% sure these good reviews are paid reviews. Mayra Never calls you back . Tells you to go in for an interview. Get there and she’s to busy. Drove for nothing. Michelle advised I was the next on the list for a job. Then said the job wasn’t available. Asked for a manager. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK! Oh the jibs listed on their website apparently aren’t the jobs they have available. Whatttt??? Make that make sense. Worst customer service ever!
Do not go here, got hurt on the job and then I was let go. Then I had no physical therapy and I was told I go back to work with no restrictions when I was physically hurt and wanted me to attend to physical therapy with no workers comp.
