I wish I could say the The hotel is actually not bad at all! It’s somewhat clean and well located. We did have some mildewed coffee in coffee maker. The problem for us was just super bad internet. We came on a work trip and we could not download emails and work while here. The receptionist gave us a 800 number to call for technician support. I called and spoke with a lady who had me restart my devices and if I was at my own home. I hate leaving negative reviews but this is unacceptable in this day and age. We all work and need good internet. And I should not be the one to call customer service of the internet company for the hotel.
Just not maintaining the Brand name, We booked 3 nights well in advance, on arrival Reception executive ask us for payment on which I provided her my Forex card which was specially loaded for the trip expenses as I was visiting from different country, she denied saying they can’t except forex card or cash And she was very rough and not co-operative at all. In the name of service you get nothing, they don’t even provide you a water bottles in the room, coffee maker in the room doesn’t work, Air conditioner is from old age and takes hours to cool the room, Television is old model can’t even connect your phone or watch YT in TV. Break fast is very basic, it’s a very basic 1 star Hotel. Think twice before booking.
The hotel is run-down and in dire need of renovation. My room had an unpleasant odor, though the mattress was fine. Breakfast is included with the room rate but is very basic. If I had known this, I would have selected another hotel.
The state of the room was uninhabitable. It was covered in hair and had bugs in the bathroom. The receptionist stated she would issue a refund and lied. Do NOT waste your money.
Decent hotel. Rooms come with a balcony, but face the parking lot. The room had a nice, big shower with two shower heads. Excellent customer service. I’d skip the free breakfast.
