I have stayed at the Ramada a couple times over the years & I will say that this year was the best experience I’ve had. I was greeted by a wonderful woman named Savannah, she kept a smile on my face the whole check in experience. The building looks drastically better than it did before. Props to the owner! 10/10 would do again.
Savannah was my check in associate and she did a wonderful job about informing me and my wife of the new renovation. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying here locally. She helped us pick a restaurant despite not originally being a local her self. I appreciate her kindness and willingness to have patience with our selves.
Came down from Tueplo Mississippi For a work Conference in Tuscaloosa and when I came to the hotel to check in to my room I was greeted by a nice lady name Angel at the front desk, she made me feel right at home. I will definitely be back. Service was extraordinary good.
Beds were amazing, the black out curtains made falling asleep easy. Best pillows of any motel I’ve stayed in. Love that they have actual body wash, shampoo & conditioner dispensers in shower & hand soap at the sink.
This is my usual go to spot when visiting Tuscaloosa, but unfortunately that ship has sailed. It’s been about 2 years since I’ve stayed and in that time, they gone under new management. With that being said, I had a room that was had bugs to one that had mold on the shower curtain. I decided to check out the same day I checked in and went to another hotel. Management initially tried to uncharged me to move, but later allowed me to move freely, that’s when I saw the mold. Even with current renovations, I still wouldn’t stay here again
