For what it is, my experience is always good. The room was clean, and the place after 11p was quiet. It’s not a five-star in the truest sense, but the value for the $ is there. It’s better than a nearby sister property.
Well-located for lots of tourist activities. They have a good-sized pool and an on-site restaurant.
Friendly, helpful staff.
The bed pillows suck.
Don’t, every aspect of the presentation on google photos is a lie or from 20 years ago. Loud riff raff there and bad room conditions. Prices are way too high for what you get. Stay anywhere else even if it’s just a little bit more. Please don’t forget to bring your walking shoes because the stairs are broken and have been apparently for months so you have to climb to the top floor.
Upon check-in used Band-Aids were on the floor. No room service, had to take towels down to laundry to get them changed daily.At check out, I was charged $200 because I left a cigarette tube on the table inside, because I rolled my own cigarettes and was charged for smoking in the room, when there was no smoking in the room!! when asked for evidence of this, Albert said he will not be sharing any of it with me. When asked to speak to a manager he told me he was the manager, when asked to speak to his boss, he said he had no boss , and hung up on me. This place is run down and dirty . Management is rude and WILL steal from you. Just our experience…… you’ve been warned. God bless!!
Front desk was so helpful! The check in was super easy and fast. They went out of there way to make sure we could check in early after a long drive here. Rooms were very clean.
The room smells like mold. It is very outdated. Holes in the walls, not cleaned well. We had sticky residue on the side table and bedside table. No water pressure in the shower. No handicap railings. The pictures of this place have to be 20 yrs old. I would not recommend to stay. Expensive food. Very simple menu.
