  1. Only about a one mile walk to Disney. Very close to Walgreens and lots of eateries. Breakfast is pretty good, rooms are very clean. One day I called for extra towels and they came in about 20 minutes. Pool area and fitness room was nice. Front desk was very good on arrival. I got in a day early and they were able to get me a room at a very good rate. We stayed a week.
We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

  2. Definitely wouldn’t stay again. Definitely not family friendly.
    Cons:
*If you’re out late, there isn’t enough parking so they start blocking cars in and having you give your keys to a random guy you hope is legitimate. (And didn’t introduce himself, help us understand what was going on—just walked over to take our car keys.)
*Room was on 3rd floor and elevator got stuck 2 out of the 3 times we used it. Permit expired 11 months ago, 8/23.
*Door is poorly installed, so a lot of light shines through in the evening (hard with kids and bedtime) and the moulding came almost entirely off
*Room has two small drawers for storage. That’s it. Very little “closet rod” and very little functional storage.
*If you’re here for Disney, the complimentary breakfast is too late to make it to the parks at opening. It is also busy and crowded in a small area, unfriendly employees.
*Hot tub is very small—maybe fits 3-4 adults comfortably. Pool was too cold for my kids. Accessibility chair was “out of order.”
*Our toilet clogged two separate times during our stay
*Housekeeping is by request only, so we requested around 9:30 AM and left the hotel for a few hours—came back at 4 PM and housekeeping wouldn’t us enter our room for 30 minutes until their service was completed. Not fun with exhausted kids needing to shower and nap. Tried to say we would go without service, but I don’t speak Spanish.
*We weren’t greeted by any employee in our 7 night stay. Not the front desk, “valet,” breakfast staff, maintenance, or house keeping staff we interacted with.
*There is a washer and dryer for guests—$4 and it takes credit cards. No detergent available to purchase and the dryer ran a full cycle, but our clothes were still very wet.

    Pros:
*Breakfast is complimentary, was hot and items were restocked within about 5 minutes.
*Soap and shampoo in shower were pleasant (dove brand)
*There is a mini fridge and microwave
*A/C in room worked, cooled our room off in about 3 hours.

Based on our experience, we won’t come again and are regretting our hotel choice. I typically enjoy Ramada hotels, but definitely don’t recommend this one.

  3. There was at least half an inch of space between the bottom of the room door and the ground. And at least one-quarter inch on all the sides. We had to put towels at the bottom but that didn’t do anything for the sides. There were spiders in the room and bathroom, the beds pretty much had two sheets on top with no substantial blanket, and every door had to be forced to close all the way. Good location for Disney.

  4. We were there a while ago and had a great time. The only doubt I have now is if I can order something online and have it delivered to the hotel. Also, what happens if the package arrives one or two days before I do? Would you be able to hold onto it until I get there? If so, is there any additional cost for this service?
