Good selection of groceries. Usually has good produce. I’ve always felt this store is more clean than most other grocery stores. But, also higher prices than most other grocery stores.
I go to this store almost daily.
It is clean, well-stocked, and has very capable, hard-working staff.
The fruit and vegetable selection is good and well-organized.
I’m generally ok using self-check out for small orders, but when I want to use a register with a staff member often there are only 1 or 2 registers open versus 5-11 self-check registers. Those often glitch (possibly user error some, but not all.).
The flower department is beautifully displayed and has seasonal plants and flowers.
The prices are, on the whole, better than Vons, but more than Target for the same items. Better selection than Target.
Parking is easy.
I like going to this market as it meets many of my grocery store needs.
Best store in ventura. They do a great job. However, that being said, and it’s saying a lot, it’s still very cramped, and there’s just too much noise in Commiefornia. It’s too crowded. Too many people and their attitudes. So the experience isn’t as good as it would be in a red state. Sorry, Ralph’s. It’s not you. It’s politics and the location. The 1% so to say or mega coorperations want to take away our energy and take it for themselves and for AI computing, take away our air conditioners our jobs, our oil, and yet they still want to make everything more expensive so we are all a lowly working slave class.
This is hands down the best grocery store in Ventura. I shop here almost every day and I’m not paid to say this and have no affiliation or alternative interest.
