If I could give negative zero stars I would the cashier Jessica was beyond rude and arrogant. She didn’t want to even TRY to scan my coupon and see if it worked. Horrible customer service. She smiled while she didn’t want to scan it either. Didn’t even try. So arrogant doesn’t want to work and do her job right. It was Jessica with short man hair.
First time to this Ralphs, and let me tell you it was really nice. It was clean, bright and the workers were awesome. There’s a pharmacy, bakery, delicatessen, and self check out. There is also a Starbucks inside. Keep in mind that the prices are not what they seem. Most of the time they’re only for card holders, so get one if you are going to keep coming, membership is free! Will be returning.
Nice smaller version of the larger location in the city. A quick walk from our home so the convenience is great. Great staff that greet guests with a smile.
Store is clean. Service is semi friendly. The cashier we got was not very friendly, but the bagger was. Some items can be pricey while others are priced right. It’s a hit or miss here
Got followed by security and toyed with by the self checkout associate whom was repeatedly attempting to walk in my space and encroach my backside unnecessarily in an attempt to bait a negative response out of me with security standing right there. I’m assuming to try and get me kicked out because they were wrongfully profiling me as a thief or is it because I’m caucasion?? I’d definitely fire both of them and replace them with professional people that know how to be human beings and not some scumbags trying to harass/bait and switch & get people kicked out of the store because they are bored or prejudice or illegally profiling or whatever their motive was. It is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
