We came here to buy something from the bakery, and this place has a good variety of baked goods. At least we were able to buy everything we needed. The location is great and the employees are really nice. For some reason we got two roses at checkout for free, which was very pleasant. Another great experience at Ralphs, as always.
Staff is friendly.
You should be ashamed of putting meat in a package that looks real nice on the top and then you flip it over and it is inedible. Over 1 pound is trash. So the fact that it is on sale excuse you from providing quality meat?
Me and my husband have been shopping here for over 8 years atleast and after having children I have been doing grocery pick up as it is easier. I have had a few issues over the last 2 years with my grocery pick ups having to make multiple trips back to the store due to forgotten items and such. But yesterday I made a grocery order and recieved my items and put everything away, however I had not looked at the meat until this morning when I was getting ready to put my roast on and noticed it was rotten and smelled really bad. I called and they told me to bring it down and they would replace it so I did and they came back to me stating the meat was expired and that I couldn’t have possibly bought this meat yesterday and it wasn’t the right meat on my receipt. I just cannot understand how this could have even happened. Do they not scan the items when doing grocery orders? I just spent $25 on a rotten piece of meat and they refused to swap it. I will not be shopping there anymore. Terrible customer service! Always make sure to look at each item before you leave the parking lot when doing grocery pick up!
Went there again today after Stater Bros, which is closer to me didn’t have a common item. I think I’ll just go to Ralphs all the time even if some items cost a little more. They’re ALWAYS well stocked on everything and there is always someone close enough to get help.
The main thing I came in for was dandelion greens and they had kale in place where the dandelion greens are labeled. The store is very clean and organized. Produce a little pricey… wide variety of different greens which I love. Cashiers very quick.
