  1. I go to this particular Ralph’s often. Everything is great about the store including how nice everyone is. The only problem that I see is that the fried chicken isn’t as tasty as it used to be. Now it’s not seasoned as good and often soggy not crunchy like fried chicken is supposed to be. Can you get the last cook back even if just for cooking the chicken?

  2. WAY OVER CROWDED. One of the biggest issues here is when its busy it’ll be really hard to move around specially with your cart, they place items all over the store maximizing every square foot like a casino floor, in the aisles as well which makes it very difficult shop specially on busy days. Most of the aisles are also very narrow. Try to avoid coming on weekends and holidays you could be there for hours. Parking is also an issue, they have about 15 parking spaces for special curbside pickup but not more then 2-3 of them are taken at a time wasting a lot of spaces that could be used. Another big issue here for instacart shoppers be aware they don’t take back alcohol no credit no refund. Keep that in mind while taking orders. Some employees are pretty friendly.

  3. This is the worst Ralph in the neighborhood, the employee in self checkout is so rude and loud. The price accuracy is applied to Ralph according to her. I had a item and I took a picture because the whole shelf was full of the product. I showed her the picture and she refused to send someone for price check. 9:45 p.m she got so loud. I have never felt so embarrassed in my life for an item she can easily fix.

  4. Dear customers, please do not be tempted by the $5 chicken on Thursdays!!! This chicken are not fresh, they’ve bean heated and reheated several times, left overs, collected at the end of the day. I got one: it was awful! Very odd smell and I made the mistake to taste it. It gave me stomach and entire body pain, awful taste and breath In my mouth. They are loaded with bacteria!!!
