  1. DO NOT ORDER CUPCAKES FROM HERE!!! What a disappointment! Unprofessional people they have working there. I ordered cupcakes the number 60 and the letter J went in the day and time I was supposed to pick them up and they had no cupcakes made. They didn’t even have my order form available. Good think I kept mine. What a joke. This would have NEVER happened if the saviors store was still open. All management
At the store are good for nothing. Basically was told no cupcakes are made it is what it is. I also ordered two trays of fruit that was made beautifully by the way but didn’t these people try to charge the fruit with the money I paid for the cupcakes without even asking me giving me my change back of 4 dollars and some change. Absolutely not I told them no give me my money back. What a disappointment. Vons from now on. Don’t order cake from
    This store.

  2. Alright, buckle up for this one.

So my sister, in her infinite wisdom, decides to order a cake online for her son’s 5th birthday. You know, because this is the future, and online ordering is supposed to make life easier. She gets a confirmation and everything. Fast forward to today, Sept. 8th, and she waltzes into the store to pick up the masterpiece, only to be told, “Oh yeah, we didn’t even start it. We don’t check online orders.” I’m sorry, WHAT?!

So you have an online ordering system, but
just for kicks? Like, is it some kind of psychological test? “Let’s see if they show up, ha-ha, SURPRISE, no cake for you!” Maybe it’s an escape room challenge, and the cake was never real to begin with. Seriously, what’s next? A restaurant that doesn’t check food orders because “We don’t believe in reading tickets”?

Thanks to this clown show, my nephew’s big birthday moment was downgraded from “Blow out the candles on your awesome cake!” to “Here’s a stale granola bar from the car, kid, make a wish!” So now, instead of sugar-induced happiness, we’ve got tears, shattered dreams, and a 5-year-old wondering if his family even loves him. Epic.

So thank you, mystery bakery, for taking the cake in the “worst birthday ever” category. You should print that on a t-shirt! You suck!! If I could give zero stars I would!!

  3. Layout is horrible and the carts are small! Vendors were sitting on the product texting and chatting with employees. The prices were similar to our affiliate store in Arizona but cashier are distracted and charge vegetables incorrectly. I had bulk carrots and the woman charged shallots !! The baggers and meat department personnel have great customer service skills. Bagels are miniature size compared to other affiliates or competitors.

    Plenty of handicap seats parking
    Restrooms
    Self-checkout available

  4. Went in to buy Bagels and they looked amazing from cheese to everything bagel purchase a bunch for my guests and what a disappointment it was absolutely flavorless not even a hint of salt. The Bagel was more like a plain roll. No chewy not a real bagel I don’t know what happened.

  5. I don’t know why I always end up with moldy products from this store. The only thing I never have a problem with are their sodas. I buy cheese, mold. I buy cauliflower, mold. Potatoes, mold. I don’t understand. What is the deal here?
