Attention: Today I went to Ralphs with my kids, a guest and her 2 toddlers. As we were about to be done with grocery, manager of store with a security guard came up and told us to leave. They told us we are not allowed to shop here. I asked why and they stayed silent. So I told them is it because I am a Muslim woman and he told me to just leave and took my cart. They were very rude and my kids were shocked to see this attitude towards us. Completely discourage anyone to go there. If it happened to me then any such rude behavior from manager can happen to you.
The main problem with this store is the produce. Evey time I find rotten fruits and wilted vegetables. Whoever is running this department should be replaced. I have requested fresher produce and have been given an attitude about it.
DMV KIOSK OUT OF SERVICE. No one is able to inform if the nice and expensive kiosk is off duty or not.
I was looking around to see what else to take a picture of to post and a young man working there asked if I needed help. I could not remember the last time someone had picked up on me looking for something and offered to help. Thank you so much for being so helpful. I wish I would have asked for his name.
Store closes off major toiletry and medicinal items well before closing. I asked if I could get something and was told a curt “no”. I miss customer service before employees started having aggression toward regular customers. Granted, it is neighborhood crime and the penny pinching management causing this tension, so that is where my review is directed for this location.
