The night crew is amazing. Daniel in the deli is always keeping up with items and rotating stock to make sure freshness is maintained. He has a welcoming smile and always willing to answer a question or help find an item. i appreciate his work ethic and dedication to his job.
Rolando and Maria keep pace with Daniel in the friendliness area. Its great to see even late in the day, they both have smiles while they work and quick to help guests. Even going in the back to see if an item was just put away can be brought back out.

I really appreciate how clean the area is.
Up front is Ben working the self serve. He has a fun sense of humor and helps maintain the flow so the line keeps moving. Another bright light in the store.

One of the nicer Ralph’s I’ve been to. Super clean flowery store with good clean aisles and plenty of fresh produce as well as organic vegetables to choose from. They had lots of sales and deals on this grocery trip for if you bought 5 of any one item. Chicken breasts were $4 per pound vs a pavilions right now is charging almost double. Only thing that knocked it down a star is the longer lines at checkout if you don’t do self checkout. But friendly cashiers!
The cashier I had was really nice. I’m not sure of her name, (Erlene)? but she was super friendly and upbeat. That really helped me feel better, since I’ve been having a tough week with my mom in the hospital and a long, hard day at work. Ralph’s is my favorite grocery store, and that employee made my visit even better.
I stopped here today because I was in the area. I usually go to a different store. I was impressed by how clean the area around the Ralphs actually is. I went inside and was just going to get 1 or 2 things. As I passed the meat department a butcher named Joseph showed me some fresh sordfish that looked fantastic. I bought a pound at a great price. Joseph also suggested the easy peal shrimp, I got a pound of that too. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about seafood. Thank you Joseph. I finished shopping and my phone number did not get me a discount, so the checker Sophia used her card and I got a $12.00 discount. She also help me sign up for a Ralph’s card that works off my phone number. Thank you Sophia ❤️. I had a great shopping experience. What a great store and fantastic employees. Highly recommend
I understand they don’t have a public toilet, but isn’t it cruel customers who purchase and show receipts ain’t allowed to use the toilet. I felt discriminated, as the staff literally yelled at me continuously like a broken record even after pleading with her and showing her receipt of my purchase, despite allowing someone of her race to enter the toilet right in our presence. She spoke to us condescendingly, slammed the door on me and my mom, and my baby. I even offered to buy more items incase items on my receipt wasn’t enough to bag a toilet use. In a neighborhood like this, I didn’t expect a ghetto Skidrow attitude.
