I was referred to R&N Auto and this was very worried I’d find another mechanic who would just rip me off and not actually fix my car or give me the run around. I am so happy to say they’re the best! Every time I’ve had an issue with my car they help me to find out what’s going on and let me know my options. I definitely will continue to go to R&N Auto and will refer them when any family or friends need.
Got a quote from the Cadillac dealer to fix a known transmission issue on my 2017 CT6. GM would not help so I searched for a mechanic to help. Talked to Mark and he took the time to ask details others didn’t ask and he took a few hours to get back to me with what he could do and the approx cost. I took my car to Mark and he fixed it in a day (dealer was going to take 2+ days) and it is running great! I will be back to R&N in the future.
First time here. Came for an oil change. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Made an appointment over the phone. They got me in the next day. They informed me my breaks needed to get done after my oil change. I booked an appointment for the next day. Easy and quick, my new go to mechanic.
Mark and the team were very patient with our situation from the moment we walked in until the service was complete. They explained what needed to be fixed and then showed proof of the work once it was completed . They discussed the process to fix the car and even showed us pictures. Good company !
