1. Scheduling was easy. We did it via text message. They confirmed the appointment the day before via text and also texted when he was enroute to my house.
   I had my hot and cold shut-off valves under my kitchen sink replaced. While he was here, he adjusted / inspected a couple small things in my bathroom.
   He was referred to me by a neighbor. Professional behavior and polite.
   I would use again.

2. I’ve used Quality Plumbing Service numerous times at different homes I’ve owned around Birmingham. It’s hard finding someone you can trust to do repairs. My wife and I have both recommended their services to our parents. The work has always been excellent and I always feel the price is very competitive.

3. I called and talk to Tracy and made an appointment for the next day. Russell and Tracy showed up on time. Russell talked me through what needed to be done and the pricing. Prices were great and the work was awesome. I truly recommend them and they will get all my plumbing jobs in the future.

4. I have used Russell at Quality Plumbing several times over the last few years and I can not say enough good things about him and his company. From clogged sinks, to toilet repairs, to just recently running a camera through my main line for an inspection when we sold our house, Russell is dependable, honest and knows what he is doing. Highly recommend.

5. Quality Plumbing (Russell Fuller) has done about a dozen jobs for our family. He has always provided exceptional service at a reasonable price. He has always responded promptly and is both professional and pleasant!
