1. Our room was renovated and spacious. It was a non-smoking room (as we booked), but it smelled a little bit at cold smoke. But overall, the room was comfortable. The pool area was nice since it is not situated directly at the street but rather in a kind of inner courtyard. The deck chairs, however, were very outdated and need to be exchanged! Staff was nice and breakfast was ok. The value for money was good and we can recommend this hotel for a short stay of one or two nights.

2. Very good for the price! Room was well maintained AC WORKED GREAT was very comfortable clean bed nice and firm. I’d stay here again if I’m in the area. Has 6 ft fence around parking area so I felt safe. It’s eufaula not a high crime place.

3. Second time this week I’ve checked into a “Quality” inn and it’s been trash. Keys didn’t work, gave me new keys and they didn’t work. Room smelled horrible. Then just like the other holiday in, TV doesn’t work. Gym was filled with old mattresses. Never staying at one of these hotels again.

4. We arrived and found out the hotel we booked was under renovation. None of the amenities we thought we had were available. No pool or gym. We were never informed when booking. Then we found our rooms dirty and the locks broken. The day of check out the maids start knocking on your door almost a hour before checkout telling you the check out. Hopefully after the remodel the rooms will be cleaner than they were when we arrived under swept bathrooms dirty sink spiders in the bed. The remotes in the room are for decoration they don’t work. We had two rooms and it was the same in both. Also they cut your key card of a hour before checkout so be careful trying to load your car or you will get locked out.

5. I want to start this off by saying I thought I was getting a great deal but then I realized after, that was not the case. #1 in my opinion this isn’t a pet friendly hotel. I have 2 well behaved and potty trained 2 year old pups that I was unaware I had to pay 25 dollars a day each for them to stay. I hope that 100 bucks goes towards fixing the foundation of the wall and the carpet against the wall in the room that I stayed in. The point of a deposit is to ensure anything that is destroyed will be paid for but since thats not the case im out 100 bucks just for them to have a place to sleep with their owner. #2 I seen another charge for the same amount I paid for the room, pending on my banking account for 2 days later. I was told by the manager or owner that it wasn’t on their end when in fact it was. My bank was able to stop the charge in it’s tracks before it got taken out. So please be aware of transactions from this establishment. #3 the bed was hard as a rock. I didn’t sleep well At all for the two nights I stayed. I was in constant pain due to it feeling like I was sleeping on a rock. I would have been better off sleeping in my car. #4 no creamer for coffee, which was fine, I made tea instead. And I found a singed hair on my bagel that I toasted on the 1st day. Pls clean the toaster. #5 clean room, clean sheets, clean pillows, clean bathroom despite everything else.
