  1. The room was okay, the bathroom was newly renovated and very clean and beautiful. Although the smell wasn’t pleasant in the hallways, the downstairs view was very nice and spacious. Some of the staff were nice. The guy at the front desk sneezed in his hand and grabbed my ID and license immediately (seemed intentional)after, which made me so upset, in my mind I slapped him a few times, because that was so disrespectful. I immediately sanitized them both, I kept my composure in that moment, because I could’ve easily gotten sick.🤢

  2. I came to work in the Montgomery area for a few days. I picked this hotel as it was central to my work area. My hotel room was clean and moderately updated for a Quality inn. Restaurants and gas stations in walking distance of the hotel. They have breakfast but I didn’t eat any. Staff I did encounter was very pleasant. Room was priced accordingly in my opinion

  3. Think it’s an OK spot. Housekeeping does knock on the door before it’s time to check out. Breakfast was cold and only decaf coffee. Going through major renovations with items all over. Lobby and halls no a/c and pool covered. If you need an overnight place to stay as a quick stop it’s fine. Quality Inn has definitely changed and is not what it used to be.

  4. We came to this hotel from next door because the hotel next door booked us a smoking room with a 2 yr old with asthma. They got us a room with no issues. We were there for the Jr. swine show for our daughter and had a good experience. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff was very friendly. Our daughter left her wallet in the room when we checked out with several hundred dollars in it. They called us to let us know and required my husband to show his ID and give his phone number to verify that he was the one who reserved the room before they would return it. Every dime of her money was in her wallet when we got it back! I am very thankful for honest ppl and businesses! Our only complaint was that it’s a 2-story hotel with no elevator. Very difficult for disabled people, but they did offer us a 1st floor room when I mentioned the ADA.

  5. Under renovation but still needs work. Ok for a quick overnight if passing through but won’t be winning any Choice awards. Room was clean except for the carpet. Furniture needs replacing. Breakfast was cold. Staff was friendly.
