The entrance to the hotel smells like a laundry mat sometimes as the washing machines are behind the counter.
The room was very clean but had a light smell similar to when one enters a humid room
The door was also hard to close and you had to apply some pressure to close it.
The staff was very professional and cordial. The hotel itself was very clean and every day I could see the cleaning crew doing an amazing job cleaning the hotel.
The whole staff of Quality Inn & Suites is Awesome… I would recommend this hotel to anyone that just need a break just to relax and kickback… My experience has been more than I expected… The breakfast every morning has been top nothch !!! Then you can relax in the pool… There’s different amenities they have to offer plus the price of the room has been very reasonable… And I will be back sooner
than later!!!

The rooms are small, but clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Over all, the interior could use updating and a good thorough cleaning. The location is within walking distance of a convenience store and fast food. Although, my experience was mostly positive, I don’t think I would make a point of staying here again if I was in the area, at the same time I wouldn’t discourage anyone from staying here. I was unhappy that we were told breakfast stopped at 10 when we checked in, but found out it ended at 9 when we went down for breakfast at 9.
I asked that they reserved me a car to roll my luggage upstairs and they had it ready for me when I arrive
Customer service was great. Morning ladies were friendly and the lobby/breakfast area were very clean. Breakfast was good. However peanut butter needs to be added to your condiments for waffles. 🙂
The bathroom downstairs was clean. I had a very restful night. Thank you!
I can’t say enough about the night I spent at this hotel. It appeared that it was recently remodeled, it was spotlessly clean and was the most peaceful and quiet hotel room I have slept in in years. All the staff were friendly and efficient and the young lady who was tending the breakfast bar did a super job of keeping the area clean and replenished. If I need a room in this same area I won’t hesitate to book one there.
