1. I’m a Diamond member of choice awards. Booked 3 nights free with my points. Wished I would have paid full price at the comfort inn just up the road. First thing opening the door to the room the smell of cigarettes would of knocked you down. Bad place. Old run down. Then checking out the last day. There was a woman sitting outside smoking weed in front of the hotel. Pay more or go somewhere else!

2. We arrived 1130 pm for 2 night stay. Restroom in lobby was out of service. Was offered ground floor room, but we were moved to 3rd floor due to noisy AC unit. New room had cockroaches scatter when I opened AC control cover. I was tired so I didn’t tell my wife. I checked bed for critters and it was clean. There was no soap and had only one wash cloth, so front desk took care of that. Fridge didn’t work. One side of outlet by bed was broke so I unplugged lamp to charge phone. Slept well in comfotable bed. Wifi worked.
   In the morning, I noticed the walls and floor were dirty. No breakfast was available (all gone) at 8 am. We moved to a different hotel for double the cost for second night.
   Next time I’ll read reviews first. I feel for the lady at the front desk and what she has to deal with.

3. I stayed a couple of times before, but this time, they left a mark on my memory, lol 😆. So the first time I was on the 3rd floor, I was upset because I was very particular about my room numbers. It’s a spiritual thing, but those who get it get it. So I got to my room and it was actually better than I expected. It didn’t seem like it was from the outside . I guess the saying “don’t judge a book” by it’s cover is true . Lol breakfast was a full breakfast compared to the hotels idea of free breakfast since covid . It wasn’t much, but it was enough for you to have something on your stomach, especially if you travel like me . Now the first floor um 😐 no thank you . It’s too much movement and too close to people who have a lot going on . Not only that but The fire alarm went off early that morning before check out and we don’t know how or why but from a family that’s always on the road that was a little too much for me and my money. So yeah It has its pros and cons like any other hotel but the staff was friendly for the most part. Also they was quiet when it came to noise for sleep

4. Horrible, horrible experience!!! Bed bug, roaches!! They took the towels out of my room and did not replace them when I asked for more towels they stated that they had ran out & they will bring more the next morning!! Services are horrible I will never stay here ever again in life!!! For breakfast all they serve is waffles and water!! The pool is closed look like a swamp!!

5. Not worth staying in All the staff was rude except the one young lady that worked the desk. Was not very clean room had a dingy feeling I drive Trucks and This was worse than most truck stops…. If you can stay anywhere else please do.
