  1. I hate to be the one, but this place was horrible. The room had stains on the walls. On the bedspread. On the floor. There was plaster on the bathroom wall that wasn’t painted the color of the bathroom. The shower bar was loose. The drawer pulls were missing from the drawers. No hair dryer. No toilet paper roller. No microwave. If I had been staying for more than one night I would asked for a different room. But they were all probably as bad as the one I had. Will question any choice hotels or quality inns in the future. Very displeased. And the cushions didn’t match the couch!

  2. Room had a bed lol, drains in shower and sink were slow draining. Sheets were loose and came off bed easy. Breakfast was sub par. Juice machine didn’t work ice machine didn’t work. Workers were friendly enough.

  3. You get what you pay for I guess but definitely on the expensive side. It’s a run down hotel in an area that’s going down hill. It’s a bed if that’s all you’re after. I didn’t find it dirty, but definitely had a different smell. It also just had things missing. There is No pool and breakfast was prepackaged cupcakes and powdered donuts. Staff were friendly enough.

  4. We booked a room with a king bed and sofa bed for three people. There was no sofa bed and three people were forced to squeeze into the king together as I was told there ‘are no other rooms’ despite it being listed on their native app and not a third party platform.

Room was NOT cleaned well, if at all. Bathroom smelled like urine and feces while the toilet had urine and other stains on the seat and lid. Floors were very sticky in the bathroom.

Bedding was full of some type of crumbs and debris. Had to strip bedding and shake out before even trying to sleep. Even then the bedding smelled of cigarettes.

Ended up wiping down the room myself. One of the dirtiest rooms I’ve ever dealt with. Could not find anyone at front desk after checking in when issues were discovered Would not recommend.

Despite showing the room booked to the management, they claim they don’t book ‘Room Types’. This was the Choice Hotel app, and it stated King Bed and Sofa Bed, 50% is a failing grade, so only providing one of the bed types promised IS a fail.

They also did not address the unacceptable condition and uncleanliness of the room.

Listen to the NUMEROUS reviews saying to stay elsewhere. Management comments ignore issues such as compromised guest info, dirty conditions, and more.

Edit: Photo added to show room type was reserved.

  5. Never written a review before as I nearly always give the benefit of the doubt. The room they put me in was so obscenely disgusting I feel I have to at least offer a warning here.

    List of Filth:
    -chairs covered in stains
    -walls covered in stains
-crumbs(?) seemingly covering the entire floor
    -candy wrappers under bed
    -random unwrapped candy under bed
-scotch tape randomly placed on the wall
-open package of crackers in the corner
-car air freshener shoved into the AC unit in what I assume was an effort to cover the smell (didn’t work)
-phone covered in dirt, debris, and God knows what
-giant handprint on the mirror above the TV
    -toilet that struggles to flush
-no room sign next to the door
just a # written in sharpie on the wall đŸ€Ł

Could’ve just been my specific room but I doubt it. Had 2 nights booked and bailed on the 2nd to stay with a relative. Save yourself the infections and stay in Birmingham or maybe a tent on the side of the highway.

    Never again, “Quality” Inn.
