  1. I absolutely love going to workout at Pure Barre! I’ve been working out for years and have tried many, many things but Pure Barre by far is the best I’ve tried!! I love going to work out each day and it feels as though I’m at a retreat or spa of some sort when I’m there. I can’t say enough great things about the instructors and community . They are simply AWESOME! I love the results and the way my body is sculpting out. Great people, Great environment, Amazing workout!

  2. The staff is amazing. They take the time to explain the concept, the motions, and proper form. The workouts are tough yet very enjoyable. It’s a good way to spend an hour toning muscles and also stretching and relieving tension. I’ve only been going to classes here for a month and I can see a difference in my body and feel the increase in my strength. I highly recommend.

  3. I have been to six classes, so far. I tried out their free week and liked it so much that I signed up so I could keep the momentum going. My first and second class, I was kind of a disaster! There are certain parts of the workout that stay the same, so I had to follow the other girls that knew what they were doing. The exercises were new and pretty interesting. They work some of the smaller muscles that really lift your butt, tone your arms, and tone your abs. I am already seeing a little change in my muscle tone. I normally run and do yoga or some light weight lifting, so I was already in some kind of shape going in, but I don’t work out too hard by myself. There’s something cool and inspiring about doing it with other people and loud pumping music. It makes me really push myself to my limits, which is what I need. I get the feeling there is a sense of community there, too (I go to the Riverchase location). You don’t just walk in and out like an invisible stranger. They learn your name, greet you every time, and tell you you’re doing great in class. I’m really happy, so far! I can’t wait to the results after a few more weeks.

  4. This is a whole new experience in exercise. They have great classes with a variety of times to choose from. The instructors are genuinely interested in showing you proper technique to get the most benefit. I have back issues and was worried about my age, but I was shown multiple ways to protect my back and still be getting a good work out.

  5. I have always had back problems ever since I was in high school, mainly due to poor posture and not performing exercises to strengthen my back. I was in a car accident in 2014 that completely destroyed my back. I could barely get out of bed some mornings. I went to physical therapy for a couple months and that alleviated some of the pain but not all. I hate exercising by myself at a gym because I find it extremely boring. My coworker mentioned that there was a Groupon for Pure Barre for a couple classes at a good price. So I decided to go for it! I have finally found something that will help make me stronger and more toned and will keep my attention and keep challenging me. I have finished my Groupon and have purchased the student package and I can’t wait to start going to classes multiple times a week. My back pain is pretty much nonexistent. I can feel those muscles getting tighter and I am extremely happy with my results thus far.

    PS. Whitney is my favorite instructor so far. She takes the time to go around to all the ladies in class and help them get the most out of their exercises. Wish she taught more classes!
