  1. I am a fitness enthusiast who will take HIIT training every day of the week. I had surgery last year which prevented me from doing this kind of exercise. I tried out Pure Barre knowing it wasn’t high impact. Honestly speaking I was worried I wouldn’t enjoy it, but I was VERY surprised. It is a totally different kind of work out that really targets muscles you didn’t know you had! While I can now workout at my previous fitness level, I choose to continue to do Pure Barre about once a week to keep those accessory muscles toned. Furthermore, the studio itself is conveniently located, clean, and a staff that knows you by name!
